We set up a team to visit Indonesia during 13~20th, Oct, 2019. We planned this trip for such a long time, from presentation to documents, to clothes etc. We also investigated this market in advance and all clients in this country. By this way, we selected valuable clients to meet us. To be honest, before going to Indonesia, we know little about this market. We are confused about the conflict: the data shows this market is potential, while from our experience, we did not get lots of order from this market. That’s why we really want to explore this market. After 7 days, we came back with our understanding about this market, we know much more about Indonesia. There are two levels in Indonesia; high level only cares about brand, and low level only care about price.  There is no doubt that this is a new way for us to do business， and we will keep investigating other markets in the future. 

Dervos Integration Center officially opened on the day of Oct 29th, 2019!!! In this center, we aim to provide our customer with a unified valve product by integrating the purchasing, quality inspection, painting and packaging. The key role of Dervos Integration Center is to unify the product from perspectives of: -Appearance of Products -Serial Number & Nameplate - Painting - Packaging Accessories - Plywood Case - Re-inspection - Actuator For more detailed information of our Integration Center, please refer to the page: We believe by having this center, all of the products provided by Dervos will have the same outlook and give both our customers and end users with good first impression. Also, the careful testing, painting and packing can avoid unnecessary complaints like leaking, painting falling off and broken boxes. All this will bring our client and us more valuable orders! On that day, we invited some of our clients and suppliers to share this important moment with us. We showed our clients around in the factory. We had a very brief introduction of our raw material system in our sample room. We participated the opening ceremony together. We threw a big party by having delicate dinner, drinking, and playing games together. What a wonderful day! This precious time spent with all these friends will be deeply engraved on the memory of each of us!

Mid-Autumn Festival fell on Sep 13th, 2019 this year. On the previous day Sep 12th, our company held a celebration activity by having moon cake gambling and dinner together. On this day in China, family gets reunion to have dinner, eat moon cake and enjoy the glorious full moon. And people in different districts have different ways to celebrate this festival.  In Xiamen, we have a special custom, moon cake gambling. Money or various daily necessities can be regarded as the prize for those gambling winners. Likewise, we held a moon cake gambling games in Dervos. The prizes are of variety and attracting, including floor mopping robot, mountain bike, electric cooker, humidifier and etc. The day ended with a terrific dinner party. Delicious food, beautiful songs, pictures and Dervos people....

Nowadays, we have distributed our products to 5 continents around the world, with 42% in Europe, 23% in Asia, and 20% in America. Keep expanding our market is always our aim. Last week, one of our clients came to visit us before order. It’s really a good beginning before cooperation. We went to Wenzhou office in the morning, introduced our company briefly. After that, we visited the casting factory which we cooperate often to show clients the whole process of controlling casting. Here in the casting factory, we have complete equipments to do the chemical composition analysis, tensile test, impact test, RT, PT, etc. This is to make all castings are of good quality and all raw materials are traceable. In the afternoon, we visit factory. To show clients the products we are manufacturing and the equipments and workers we have. Clients are happy about this trip; hope it is the very good beginning between you and me.

Dervos, not only do business with clients, we also make friends with our clients. Every year, one of our biggest clients from Argentina will come to visit us. We work with each other happily, at the same time we enjoy leisure time together. T is the first big client of Dervos in the past ten years. This friendship has been lasting for 10 years. We will keep it to another 10 years. Hope you could be our next best friends.

On July 8 th, three of our clients from Malaysia visited us. We arrived at Wenzhou branch on July 9th, and introduced our company to help them better understand Dervos. After introduction, we started business talk to communicate the point they care about and the details we need to pay more attention in the future. In the afternoon, we visited factories of forging and casting gate, globe, check valves and ball valves. In this way, clients can know much more about our products. Lastly we had traditional Chinese food together. This trip is quiet big step between clients and us to cooperate closely in the future. Welcome to China and welcome to Dervos!!
