In order to break the monotony of work and strike a balance between sedentary lifestyle and physical health, monthly activities are organized on the first Friday of each month.
When the first Friday of August expires, it is the date of outdoor activities. This time we decided to walk 10 kilometers.
Hiking will begin at 4 pm and lasts approximately 4 hours. Our 8 hikers orbit around the suburbs of Xiamen, walking on slippery country roads without sidewalks, through a wetland park with a maze of wooden bridges, a quiet yacht club, crowded beaches, Magnificent bridges and shady tree-lined sidewalks.
At the end of the day, we will enjoy a sumptuous seafood dinner. How wonderful!
After getting rid of fatigue, we are convinced that this organized exercise can help fight sitting sickness or inactivity, stay healthy and increase the relationship between colleagues. We all like it.
