It has been an established practice to do monthly company-wide business review since Dervos foundation in 2008, which proves productive to identify existing or potential problems and figure out solutions before they deteriorate. In addition, lots of creative ideas are presented at the meeting as useful tips or precautions for future work.
The business performance of July is reviewed and summarized at the meeting. Rewards go to those who have done a good job in the past one month. At the same time, we hold a positive vision of the performance in August.
